At TECFAB, we are committed to delivering high-quality industrial chemical products and solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund conditions below.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unopened, and unaltered

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used chemical products

  • Liquid chemicals once unsealed

  • Custom-formulated, OEM, or special-order products

  • Bulk orders unless defective or damaged upon delivery

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items

These restrictions are in place to comply with safety standards and industry regulations.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at esales@tecfab.net as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.


Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different product is to:

  1. Return the eligible item following the approved return process

  2. Place a new order once the return has been accepted


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
